In this aquatic journey you will experience some of Southern Africa’s most extreme bodies of water: The Okavango Delta – the world’s largest inland Delta, the Victoria Falls – a natural wonder of the world, and Lake Kariba – one of the largest man-made lakes in the world. The Okavango Delta’s fascinating and intricate channels of waterways do not compare to anywhere else in the world, especially when experienced in a Makoro, or canoe. It is teeming with plentiful birdlife, aquatic animals as well as wildlife in the surrounding mainland – a photographers dream.
Moving across the border into Zimbabwe, you will get to witness one of the Natural Wonders of the World in a vibrant city full of entertainment. With activities ranging from sky diving and bungee jumping to romantic sunset dinners on the Zambezi River, the options are endless for all walks of life.
Your final destination takes you to the vast open waters of Lake Kariba. This massive reservoir is excellent for bream or tiger fishing and produces some of the most amazing sunsets on the planet.
